The construction of a new retail location at Bishop Grandin and De la Seigneurie Boulevard was impacted by adjacent single family residences, and a high speed roadway. The Landscape involved dealing with buffering and parking lot issues. (Heather Sarna Assoc.) |

Manitoba Rolling Mills is a major employer in Selkirk Manitoba and also occupies a prominent location on the main road into town. Our project was to convert a gravel (slag) staging area adacent to the highway to a green space. |

Mac-Don Industries

Design of a buffer to better 'fit' a parking/short term staging area into a planned industrial park. The design involved implimenting design standards and zoning requirements on a narrow strip of land to buffer light industrial uses. |
